Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item, you must do so within 14 days of receiving it. Upon exchange, you will receive store credit, which is valid for four months from the date your exchange is processed. Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with all packaging intact, and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@hausdecornj.com. Please note that you will need to ship the product to the following address: 54 Brian Street, Lakewood, NJ, 08701. If your exchange is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that we will not accept items returned without prior exchange request. Once we receive your package, we will process your return and notify you via email with your credit code. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, and shipping fees from the original order will not be refunded. We do not accept exchanges on sale items, seasonal items, mishloach manos, or corporate gifts. Exchanges must be done through the original buyer. Please note that a $7.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit if your order had free shipping originally.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action to resolve the problem.
